Check-in was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The large TV and mini-fridge were convenient for our overnight stay. The complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise.

Positive, I loved the jacuzzi! The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet so we were undisturbed through the night. Very peaceful.

Request extra towels at check-in if you need more, as they are not automatically replenished during the stay.

great central spot for exploring attractions and parks

i found the hotel to be a perfect base for my weekend adventures, with many restaurants just a few steps away and the beautiful niagara falls state park only a 4 km stroll from my door.

I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who were always willing to help, making my stay feel welcoming. The mini fridge worked well, providing convenience during my short stay.

Unfortunately, the room could use a deep clean, and I noticed some outdated furnishings. The Wi-Fi connection was also less than stellar during my stay, making it tough to stay connected.

The Standard Queen Room was clean, which was a plus, and the price at $65/night was pretty decent for a quick stay. However, the room was smaller than I expected, and it felt a bit outdated. It served its purpose for a night, but I wouldn’t call it cozy or welcoming.
